We offer outsourcing Call Center/Contact Center services, specializing in servicing both inbound and outbound calls. Through our highly qualified operators we provide services such as telephone surveys, help desk, database update, telesales, tele-collections, etc.

We have 8 centers with a total of 1,200 positions located in Asunción and Great Asunción and 50 positions on our site for contingencies. The 1500 operators are trained to do the various operations of the Call Center and have a structure direct supervision.
